Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, custom manufacturing programs within a fast-paced hardware environment. The Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery across engineering and manufacturing teams, while navigating shifting priorities and high-touch customer engagements in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

The Technical Program Manager will be full-time and sit on site near Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

4+ years of program management experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware environments leading NPI projects.
Proven ability to operate in high-change, high-pressure settings with tight timelines.
Experience influencing stakeholders and aligning customer and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Drive full lifecycle program execution for hardware product development from concept through production.
Serve as primary liaison for customers, communicating timelines, specs, and status.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to maintain alignment.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks to meet financial and operational targets.
Lead decision-making under ambiguity to maintain program momentum.
