The Richmond Group USA is working with a leading semiconductor company to identify a Hardware Applications Engineer for its San Jose R&D team. This hands-on role covers evaluation-board design, product validation, bring-up, debugging, and customer applications.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or EECS with 3+ years in semiconductor hardware or applications engineering, plus experience in schematic design, debugging, and high-speed interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, EECS, or a related discipline is required.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant semiconductor hardware or applications engineering experience.
• Experience with schematic design, board bring-up, and hardware debugging is essential.
• Exposure to firmware, FPGA, high-speed interfaces, or video/audio technologies is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and test evaluation boards for semiconductor products.
• Support schematic design, board bring-up, and debugging.
• Partner with IC design teams on product verification and validation.
• Develop application notes and other technical documentation.
