Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a leading semiconductor company to identify a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer for its San Jose R&D team. This hands-on role spans from circuit development to tape-out and production, with opportunities to own meaningful work across the full product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal design, strong fundamentals, and Cadence/CMOS experience. Onsite in San Jose, CA with strong stability and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, EECS, or related discipline.
• At least five years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong circuit theory, design, simulation, and layout fundamentals.
• Experience with Cadence tools and CMOS development; tape-out experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits using advanced CMOS technologies.
• Support circuit simulation, layout, verification, tape-out, and silicon bring-up.
• Collaborate with digital, applications, validation, and other engineering teams.
• Help move complex IC products into commercial production.
