Milwaukee Tool seeks a Graphic Design Manager to lead a team of graphic designers, shaping the brand voice and elevating customer experiences. The role demands strategic thinking, strong design and technology expertise, and leadership skills to drive innovative, high-impact projects.

You will oversee workflows with videography, photography, and 3-D design, ensuring brand consistency and efficient production.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership and management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of After Effects and DAM is a plus.
• Experience in AI and automation tools for digital design workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative design initiatives while upholding brand standards.
• Manage and develop direct reports to deliver user-focused and solution-driven strategies and tactics.
• Align design strategy with business goals and launch objectives.
• Oversee high-impact design projects and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with videography, photography, 3-D design and other teams to improve workflows.
