Job summary

RTX seeks a Manager, Government Property Management to lead a team ensuring Government and Raytheon-owned property is managed per FAR, DFAR, and contract requirements. The role covers multiple sites in the central United States and requires onsite work and travel up to 25%.

The ideal candidate will oversee audits, maintain property systems, and coach staff while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant field.
• Experience leading teams with responsibilities of moderate scope or complexity.
• Experience applying FAR and DFARS requirements within a business, program, or operational environment.
• Experience supporting audits, assessments, or compliance reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret DoD clearance required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government Property Management activities across multiple Raytheon sites, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
• Maintain DCMA-approved property management systems for assigned CAGE codes.
• Plan, lead, and support property management system audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Government Property activities meet FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Oversee compliance with Raytheon policies for acquisition, receipt, utilization, storage, and disposition of Government and Customer property.
• Provide coaching and development to the property management team and ensure effective use of property systems.
• Apply CORE and continuous-improvement methodologies to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Communicate property management requirements, status, and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain succession planning for the property management organization.
• Develop and report metrics, KPIs, and audit results to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to support alternate locations.
