Job summary

RTX is seeking a Government Property Administrator onsite at El Segundo, CA to manage government and Raytheon-owned assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in government property management, with proficiency in Office 365 and property systems. You'll coordinate with customers, vendors, and government agencies and may lead small process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory, government property management, and/or material handling.
• Experience in Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with FAR 52.245-1.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of property and assets in alignment with program requirements and applicable regulations.
• Apply knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and other regulatory guidance to maintain compliance.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to training activities.
• Analyze and resolve property-related issues using established procedures and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government agencies, on property-related inquiries or actions.
