RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Manager of Government Property Management to oversee property across multiple sites and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and DCMA requirements.

The role demands leadership, audit oversight, and process improvements, with travel up to 25% to support alternate locations and onsite work at Forest, MS. A Secret clearance is required before start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, teams, or functional groups.
• Experience applying Government Property requirements (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience supporting audits, assessments, or compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government Property across multiple sites ensuring standards and compliance.
• Maintain DCMA-approved property management systems for assigned codes.
• Plan and lead property management system audits and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and NASA FAR Supplement where applicable.
• Oversee property lifecycle including acquisition, storage, disposition, and reporting.
• Coach and develop the property management team; drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate requirements, status, and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead succession planning and report KPIs to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to support alternate locations.
