Qualifications

• Master’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related) with 2+ years in manufacturing/packaging
• Experience leading GMP engineering projects
• Proficiency in process analysis and Lean tools
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ progressive experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Audit vendors and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Prepare specifications and drawings for projects.
• Manage capital investments and project budgets.
• Apply PDCA, DMAIC, 5S, Gemba Walks, and Kaizen to root causes of issues.
• Use Power BI to build KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timelines, budgets, and process improvements.
