Job summary

You will manage scopes up to $1.0MM, develop cost estimates and schedules, support commissioning and validation activities, and drive reliable, energy-efficient solutions with a strong emphasis on teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience in project management with capital projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of working within budgetary constraints and managing project costs and forecasts.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work extra or irregular hours as needed to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, approve, execute, and close out capital and infrastructure projects from concept through startup and project turnover.
• Manage assigned projects up to $1.0MM, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional project teams applying DSO and VACC leadership behaviors.
• Develop scope, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments to support goals.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning, startup, validation, and handover activities.
• Prepare equipment specs, bid packages, and support supplier evaluations.
