Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Technical Documentation & Labeling Specialist for a 100% onsite contract in Salt Lake City, UT. You will develop labeling documentation, ensure GMP/QSR compliance, and manage document control records.

Responsibilities include setting up labeling design, operating label printers, troubleshooting, supporting labeling verification, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep publications accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP, or similar standards.
• Experience with document control, change orders, and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support labeling design setup using the Neurovascular labeling system.
• Operate onsite label printers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot labeling printer issues.
• Support labeling verification procedures and coordinate with Operations.
• Participate in project team meetings and monitor task progress.
• Uphold Quality Policy and maintain compliance.
• Update technical documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Review and ensure accuracy of labeling and publications.
