Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Construction Manager for onsite work in Greenwich, RI. You will lead field teams, coordinate with multiple crafts, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance on a regulated biopharma project.

Responsibility includes reading IFC and P&ID drawings, supervising contractors, and maintaining progress against schedules while upholding EHSS standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years field experience managing multiple crafts and contractors.
• Mechanical/Piping Superintendent or construction management experience required.
• GMP Biopharmaceutical manufacturing process knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead craft teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Attend morning coordination meetings.
• Oversee safety talks and field presence.
• Ensure contractors meet quality and safety requirements.
• Read IFC and P&ID drawings and verify material compliance.
• Coordinate with project schedules and progress tracking.
