Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years field experience managing multiple trades and contractors.
• Experience working in GMP biopharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing all contractor activities.
• Lead daily safety talks prior to work start.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with multiple internal departments.
• Ensure all pre-construction requirements are completed and approved.
• Read and interpret 'Issued for Construction' (IFC) drawings.
• Verify installation and testing meets specifications.
• Monitor project progress in alignment with established schedules.
• Maintain a Training Curriculum compliance rate of at least 95%.
• Participate in project meetings as the 'eyes and ears' of the Project Manager.
