Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) in Beltsville, MD seeks General Utility Mechanics for an onsite contract. You will maintain, inspect, and repair greenhouse utilities and related systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in maintenance, and the ability to follow safety procedures. OSHA 10/30 and a valid driver's license preferred; US citizenship or permanent residency

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational/technical preferred.
• 2+ years in general maintenance and broad utility knowledge.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance per published guidelines.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building utilities and facilities systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in general utility components.
• Read, understand, and follow safety procedures; communicate clearly.
• Work onsite in Beltsville, MD with occasional emergencies.
