QVC Group is a live social shopping company with brands including QVC and HSN. We are seeking a Fulfillment Center Team Lead to coordinate daily workload, monitor inventory quality, and assist the Area Manager with assignments.

This onsite role at the Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center operates Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM and reports to the Inventory Management Area Manager. You will drive accuracy, efficiency, and a positive team culture, using warehouse systems and collaborative

• Leadership experience required.
• Problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to foster collaboration and support a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workload and delegate team assignments.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Complete daily reporting and communicate inventory-related updates to leadership.
• Monitor incoming emails regarding inventory quality concerns and ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and other Team Leads to maintain workflow.
• Assist with training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
