Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily fulfillment operations at our West Sacramento, CA office. This hands-on role provides day-to-day guidance, training, and workflow support to the team while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely processing of materials.

You will coordinate shipping activities with USPS, FedEx, and UPS, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Supervisor and other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, mailroom operations, shipping, distribution, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience providing day-to-day guidance, training, workflow support, or operational assistance.
• Knowledge of shipping services and processes (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or similar).
• Experience working with postal meters, mailing equipment, or related fulfillment tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fulfillment operations and organize workflow to support productivity, quality, accuracy, and service levels.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to team members, including answering process-related questions.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to employees regarding fulfillment processes and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels for fulfillment supplies, shipping materials, and related resources.
• Support fulfillment activities involving USPS, FedEx, UPS, and mailing equipment.
• Partner with the Supervisor, internal departments, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
