Job summary

Rexel USA in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and help maintain a safe, accurate warehouse environment. Various levels (I, II, Senior) reflect experience and responsibilities, with pay aligned to capability. This role does not include delivery duties.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting inventory control while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage and ship material per procedures.
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment safety standards.
• Operate forklift, reach truck and related machinery as required.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
