Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the El Paso, TX team. The role involves accurately filling orders, receiving and stocking materials, and preparing shipments while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Level and pay depend on experience. Candidates may advance within the I–Senior levels based on performance and capabilities. The role does not include delivery duties and emphasizes safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material following SOPs
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment; perform inventory counts
• Assist with branch duties as needed and support customer service
