Qualifications
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharm.D or B.S. Pharmacy.
- 1+ years relevant experience.
- Missouri pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong problem solving and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and QA to pharmacy technicians.
- Replenish automated counting equipment.
- Perform product verification of technician-dispensed items.
- Address orders with patient-specific handling requests.
- Direct supervision of technicians across pharmacy areas.
- Open/close/secure pharmacy during production hours.
- Fill liquid orders requiring pharmacist dispensing.
- Maintain quality and efficiency expectations.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Train pharmacists/technicians in functions.
- Back up other pharmacists as needed.
