Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer – Fuel Systems in Pontiac, IL for hands-on NPI and full product development lifecycle. You will model, detail, and release parts from CAD through production, coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Required: a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus strong problem solving, documentation, and communication skills. Onsite role with competitive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design for fuel systems or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using Creo.
• Perform print detailing and update drawings for production release.
• Conduct FMEA and develop DVP&R plans for design verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on engineering analysis.
• Lead design reviews with internal teams and external partners.
