RTX in McKinney, TX seeks an FPGA Engineer II to own full lifecycle support of production-quality FPGA designs for major vendors. You will contribute to architecture development, code in VHDL, and verify designs while reporting status in an agile framework.

The role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of FPGA/ASIC experience, with hands-on lab work and proficiency in Vivado/Quartus/Libero. Relocation may be offered and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant FPGA/ASIC experience.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC design or verification (VHDL/Verilog, SystemVerilog).
• Hands-on lab experience with FPGA/ASIC integration and debugging; familiarity with source control and design reviews.

Responsabilités

• Provide full lifecycle support for production-quality FPGA designs across major vendors and device families.
• Design FPGA solutions for gigabit interfaces, RF DSP, controls, data links, and embedded processing.
• Develop architectures, create VHDL code, and verify designs using constrained random tests.
