RCCA is seeking an FP&A Manager in Teaneck, NJ to partner with the Director of Finance and practice leadership. This onsite role blends hands-on financial operations with analytical rigor to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.

The position reports to the Director of Finance, collaborates with operations and physician leaders, and emphasizes governance, controls, and continuous improvement in finance processes.

Qualifications

• Typically has 7+ years of progressive Finance experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills.
• Effective communication with senior management.
• Proficient in MS Office—Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation of monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles; coordinate inputs and drive driver-based models.
• Translate results into insights; escalate risks/opportunities to the Director of Finance.
