Job summary

ATI Forged Products is seeking a Finance Director of FP&A to guide strategic decisions for the North America Forged Products BU. Based in Cudahy, WI, you will lead a growing FP&A team across multiple sites, partnering with site controllers and executives to shape financial direction and performance.

You will direct annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning, delivering insights on margins, capital investments, and productivity initiatives across the BU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 8–10+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial services, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong US GAAP experience.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A leader and strategic advisor to BU leadership.
• Direct the full FP&A cycle: annual plans, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Lead forecasting models and scenario planning for productivity and capital decisions.
• Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives with ROI and risk analyses.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency across multisite operations.
