Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Financial Analyst in Chandler, AZ to partner with leaders to develop forecasts, budgets, and analyses for our growing multi-family portfolio.

You will build financial models, drive forecasting cycles, and present insights to senior leadership. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 2+ years of relevant experience are required; strong Excel and ERP experience (D365 a plus) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, or related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems; D365 experience is a plus.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial and operational performance of multi-family properties.
• Ensure monthly project costs are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly financial results for construction projects and compare against forecasts.
• Develop financial models to forecast outcomes and profitability.
• Lead budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Present findings to senior leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
• Design process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure timely reporting.
