Job summary

Zekelman Industries’ Z Modular division is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst- Manufacturing to support the Finance team with high-quality analysis, reporting, and decision-support insights. The role focuses on financial analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to drive operational performance across plant activities in Chandler, AZ.

On-site collaboration with operations is essential for success. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 preferred).
• Exposure to manufacturing systems, processes, and data-driven KPI analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional partners to gather data, analyze results, and support accurate reporting for the entity.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency; identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cost control.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting; provide timely ad hoc analysis and insights to drive business decisions.
• Partner with plant teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and improve analytical deliverables.
