Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Financial Analyst in Chandler, AZ to join our growing Finance team. You will partner with leaders to develop forecasts, budgets, and analyses that support our multi-family housing portfolio.

This onsite role reports to the Director of FP&A and requires strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and communication with senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a financial analyst role, a finance-focused degree, and experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, or related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analyses for multi-family housing portfolio.
• Prepare monthly financial results for construction projects and compare against forecasts.
• Analyze financial and operational performance of properties.
• Develop financial models to forecast outcomes and profitability.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
• Design processes and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
