Job summary

Zekelman Industries’ Z Modular division in Chandler, AZ seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst- Manufacturing to partner with operations and drive actionable financial insights.

You’ll perform KPI tracking, cost analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across plant activities and improve operational performance. This on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong Excel skills, ERP experience (D365 preferred), and the ability to deliver timely analysis in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, analyze results, and support accurate reporting for the entity.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cost control.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting; provide ad hoc insights.
• Partner with plant teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
