Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking a Site Service Technician (Day shift) at our Springhill, TN location. You will repair forklift trucks and perform onsite inspections, identify issues, and improve operations while supporting customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0–5 years of relevant experience, and basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting; strong communication, teamwork, and safety mindset. Willingness to lift up to 55 lbs and work off-hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum, High school diploma.
• Zero to five years of relevant work experience.
• Entry-level understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC and DC) troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Repair: Identify Issues.
• Onsite Repair: Suggest Improvement.
• Onsite Repair: Repair forklift trucks.
• Onsite Inspection: Perform physical inspection of the complete fleet every two weeks as signed by Saturn Manager.
• Onsite Inspection: Process all paperwork in a timely manner and escalate safety concerns to management.
• Onsite Inspection: Lift equipment up to 55 lbs.
• Onsite Inspection: Utilize hand tools to perform maintenance and services.
• Onsite Inspection: General computer tasks.
