Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance on lift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites. The role includes on-site service, communication with customers, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferred technical education in automotive or heavy equipment, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education in automotive or heavy equipment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as service technician or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Assess and repair damage and mechanical issues on lift trucks.
• Provide lift truck maintenance services onsite at customer locations.
• Communicate professionally with customers while onsite.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
