Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Forklift Driver on a W2 basis for an onsite role. You will operate a forklift to receive, locate, and move products through the warehouse, and fill customer orders with accuracy for shipment.

The position emphasizes safety, accountability, and meeting warehouse standards. Eligible candidates should have 6 months in a warehouse role, 1 year of Crown stand-up and cherry picker experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience and 1 year of Crown stand-up forklift and cherry picker experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures; some computer experience.
• Ability to communicate in English to fulfill essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Off-load daily shipments and stage them on receiving floor.
• Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform forklift maintenance.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks; assemble merchandise for shipment.
• Support safety and quality control as part of daily duties.
