Job summary

Wieland in Granite City, IL, is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator II for a full-time, on-site role. You will operate sit-down forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced warehouse, load trailers, and verify product against invoices while maintaining a safe work environment.

The shift is Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with weekly pay. Candidates should have forklift experience, be reliable, and work well in a team, following all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents and packaging.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and reported for service as needed.
• Load and unload product, ensure correct material and lot matching for shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
• Follow load placement procedures for safe shipping.
