Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Field Service with prior leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting food processing equipment.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Manage day-to-day service execution including customer communication.
• Provide 2nd level field support for escalations and troubleshooting.
