Job summary

PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an FOIA/PA Analyst with a Top Secret clearance to support government transparency efforts on site in Winchester, VA.

You will process FOI/PA requests, manage secure documents, and perform records searches while ensuring compliance with legal constraints and SOPs. The training path includes six weeks on-site and a post-training 90-day on-the-job period, with morning to afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of specialized work experience including FOI/PA support or related government information handling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance.
• Must complete a computer-based typing assessment with 90% accuracy and 11 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to search, collect, and analyze responsive documents for FOI/PA requests.
• Maintain controlled access to classified documents and manage related records.
• Search government databases and conduct background information checks.
• Research, review, and interpret responsive information; compile findings per guidelines.
