Job summary

Medcor is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health services at an employer-based clinic in Marshall, Minnesota.

The role includes preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and occupational health programs. You’ll work on-site with occasional telemedicine, independent practice with remote oversight, and a four-day workweek.

Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or ARC-PA-accredited PA master’s degree or higher.
• Active, unrestricted state NP or PA license.
• Board certification as NP or PA.
• Pediatric competency to assess ages 5 and up within scope.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care via in-person and telemedicine visits.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in adults and children 5+.
• Manage chronic conditions: hypertension, diabetes, obesity, lipids, etc.
• Deliver urgent and episodic care and coordinate higher level care.
• Perform tests, point-of-care testing, and lab services.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle.
