Job summary

Medcor seeks an experienced FNP or PA to provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health at our employer-based clinic in Marshall, Minnesota, onsite with telemedicine support. You’ll deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute/urgent care, and occupational health services, including medical surveillance and regulatory exams.

Work independently onsite with remote physician oversight and collaborate with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MSN/DNP or ARC-PA PA master's degree.
• Active, unrestricted state license as NP or PA.
• Board certification as NP or PA.
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat pediatric patients (age 5+).
• Current DEA registration and BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and occupational health care onsite and via telemedicine.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Deliver urgent/episodic care and coordinate higher level care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with remote oversight physician and client teams.
• Manage occupational health services and regulatory examinations.
• Support return-to-work and workers’ compensation processes.
