Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing fixed assets.
• Familiarity with complex asset portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify capital asset transactions.
• Record asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Reconcile the fixed asset module to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Review capital project status and ensure proper asset setup.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and interfund journal entries.
• Research accounting guidance for unusual or unique asset‑related transactions.
