Columbia Bank's Financial Pacific Leasing division seeks a Collections Agent to manage 1-30 day delinquent accounts, contacting customers and arranging payment plans. You will document all interactions, assess fees, and coordinate resolutions to protect the company’s interests.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong data entry, MS Office skills, and a professional, confidential approach. Onsite work at posted locations is expected along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations.
• Must maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Must provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, partners, and all levels of staff.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers 1-30 days delinquent by phone, mail, email, text, or personal contact.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain monthly delinquency goals.
• Prepare payoff, amortization schedules, and related documentation.
• Prepare repossession packets and demand letters when necessary.
• Use company systems and dialers for outreach and documentation.
• Collaborate with insurance companies and brokers to resolve delinquencies.
• Provide top-tier customer service to lessees, vendors, brokers, and staff.
