Genesis10 is seeking a Project Coordinator for a Major Financial Services Firm in Minneapolis, MN. This 9+ month contract role requires four on-site days per week and offers $45.00–$50.00 per hour on W2, based on qualifications.

The role supports a platform replacement initiative for a trust product and offers potential growth into a Project Manager position. The candidate will assist with meeting management, action-item follow-up, status materials, and project documentation, using MS Project,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting meeting management, meeting takeaways, and action-item follow-up.
• Experience preparing project/program status information and project documentation.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support an experienced Project Manager with day-to-day project and program coordination.
• Support meeting management and document meeting takeaways and action items.
• Track and follow up on project activities and action items.
• Support the creation of program status materials and project documentation.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project execution and reporting.
• Coordinate across project activities and workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Potentially take ownership of a smaller project or workstream.
• Prepare first drafts of project materials for interactions with program leadership.
• Collaborate with one or two Project Managers in the program.
