Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop PC, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with FAFSA, aid packages, loan options, and verification processes.
• Explain eligibility, progress, and rights; provide information on scholarships and grants for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Assist with online services such as MySeattleU, FAFSA, and studentaid.gov; guide students and families.
