Georgia-Pacific is seeking a summer Analyst Intern in Halsey, Oregon for a 12-week onsite program running from mid-May to early August 2027. Interns will join the finance team to tackle finance and operations challenges, collaborating across Finance and Operations, and contributing to forecasting, reporting, and data analytics.

This onsite internship emphasizes process improvement, financial acumen, and economic reasoning, with mentorship from a supervisor and a mentor.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program or alternative program (e.g., 4-year university, 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program).
• Able to intern in Halsey and interested in working at that facility or another nearby GP facility, full-time upon graduation.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa transfer or sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and the broader organization.
• Learn and support FP&A activities including forecast and planning, benchmarking, gap analysis, and reporting.
• Support evolution of finance processes and tools; implement best practices and advance financial reporting including Excel modeling and data analytics.
• Navigate a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Support the team with data-driven insights as needed.
