Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking finance interns for a 12-week Summer 2027 program at our Halsey, OR facility. The internship runs from mid-May to early August, onsite with real FP&A exposure.

Interns collaborate with Finance, Operations and the broader organization, supporting forecasting, planning, benchmarking and reporting. You’ll gain Excel modeling and data analytics experience while learning our Principles-Based Management culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited degree or certificate program.
• Interest in finance/FP&A with willingness to learn.
• Willingness to intern in Halsey, OR and relocate after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and teams across the organization.
• Support forecast, planning, benchmarking and reporting activities.
• Assist with Excel modeling and data analytics to derive insights.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute actionable recommendations.
• Engage in the internship program with mentorship and real project work.
