Job summary

Georgia-Pacific offers a Summer 2027 JumpStart Internship in Finance/Accounting for aspiring students. This 12-week, onsite rotation runs mid-May to early August 2027 and provides hands-on experience across corporate finance functions.

You will collaborate with teams in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, supporting benchmarking, planning, and BI tooling while building Excel models and exploring AI-based insights. Applicants must be enrolled and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college degree program or alternative program.
• Eligible for full time employment starting in June 2028.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa transfer or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and others as needed.
• Support benchmarking, gap analysis, long-term planning, and market POV development.
• Assist with business intelligence and data-based finance tools (Excel modeling, AI-based productivity tools, etc.).
• Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Think like a decision maker and ask thoughtful questions with humility.
• Support team with data-driven insights as needed.
