Job summary

Georgia-Pacific seeks a finance analyst intern for Port Hudson, LA this Summer 2027. This 12-week onsite internship offers hands-on experience across FP&A activities with mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

You'll work on forecasting, planning, benchmarking, and reporting, while supporting process improvements and data analytics. The program includes networking events and a dedicated mentor to foster career growth within Koch-style leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program or equivalent (e.g., university, technical program, certificate).
• Able to intern in Port Hudson and consider full-time after graduation.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams across the organization.
• Learn and support FP&A activities including forecast, planning, benchmarking, gap analysis, and reporting.
• Support evolution of finance processes and tools, including Excel modeling and data analytics.
• Contribute to data-driven insights and recommendations for action.
