Job summary

ERM is hiring an onsite Field Technician in Borger, Texas. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role for 1 year, with potential extension, supporting refinery operations for key clients.

Responsibilities include on-site equipment maintenance, chemical sampling and testing, and confined space entry. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, be local to the area, and capable of lifting 50 lbs while upholding stringent safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Field Service experience, environmental experience preferred.
• Working vehicle and valid driver’s license; good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site tasks such as equipment maintenance, chemical sampling and testing, and confined space entry, ensuring safety and operational efficiency in hazardous environments.
• Repairs machinery, maintains systems, documents findings, and collaborates with teams to resolve technical issues and meet quality standards.
• Adheres to safety protocols; communicates effectively with ERM and client staff.
