Job summary

Rizon, a Refined Technologies company, is seeking experienced Field Technicians based in the Clear Lake, Texas area to support chemical services. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment at client sites while delivering measurable results for refinery clients.

This hands-on role requires field testing, data collection, and collaboration with refinery personnel to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years of refining or chemical plant experience.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to work with pumps, meters, and field equipment.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, accuracy, and performance.
Ability to work independently in the field while communicating effectively with teammates.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate’s degree a plus.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or be on call, depending on site requirements.
Associates degree or technical certification
Knowledge of chemical dosing systems
Lab experience

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment at client sites.
Conduct field testing to ensure chemical systems are delivering targeted performance outcomes.
Manage on-site chemical inventory to ensure supply reliability and accuracy.
Collect and analyze data to verify systems are meeting client KPIs.
Partner with the Rizon technical team and refinery personnel to drive continuous improvement.
Document activities, testing results, and performance metrics in a clear and timely manner.
Serve as a professional, safety-minded representative of Rizon in all activities
