Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking an on-site technician to support manufacturing operations. You will assist in collecting and testing machine samples, performing dip tests, and maintaining coolant and lab systems under site supervision.

Daily data entry and routine maintenance of lab equipment are essential. The role emphasizes safety, EH&S standards, inventory support and waste management. The position follows a 4on/4off rotating day shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry level onsite technician role supporting the manufacturing site.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with supervision.
• Comfort with data entry and basic laboratory tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following EH&S rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection, analysis, testing and recording of machine samples.
• Perform bio-stick dip tests of machine sumps and central systems.
• Maintain coolant filters, washers, paint systems and air handling systems.
• Add chemicals per site staff direction and log results in site software.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain tools and equipment.
• Support site organization, inventory, labeling and waste disposal.
