Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a on-site Fluidcare Technician to perform first-level technical, data recording and assessment within the manufacturing environment. You will follow standard procedures with supervision available to ensure high-quality support for customers.

Responsibilities include assisting with chemical additions, coolant maintenance, data entry into databases, equipment calibration, waste handling and safety compliance under site manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow standard procedures with supervision available.
• Ability to perform data recording and basic laboratory tasks.
• Willingness to perform in a manufacturing environment with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in addition of chemicals and maintenance of coolant systems as directed by site staff.
• Perform bio-stick dip tests and enter results into databases.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare shift reports and support waste management and recycling initiatives.
• Interact with customer production and technical personnel as required.
