Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work various schedules to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Timely repairs: Complete assigned jobs within flat rate times to keep operations running smoothly.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to KEC/Customer safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
• Regulation adherence: Follow contamination control and HAZMAT regulations meticulously.
• Technical tasks: Perform parts removal/installation, component assembly/disassembly, and testing with precision.
• Customer interaction: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Problem solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend effective repairs.
• Quality assurance: Ensure the correct operation of all repairs to maintain high standards.
• Failure analysis: Apply failure analysis techniques for accurate diagnosis and repair.
