Cambria is seeking a Field Service Technician to act as a service ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and professional on-site support. You will evaluate Cambria installations, document findings, and perform service work as needed, while maintaining safety standards and company equipment.

The role requires traveling locally with a company vehicle or reimbursement, lifting up to 75 pounds, and readiness to read blueprints and use a smartphone for reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a field service or trade role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service during on-site visits.
• Evaluate, document and service Cambria products.
• Communicate findings to Regional Product Representative.
• Operate basic power tools and maintain tools/assets.
