Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Installation Specialist - Contractor to support installation, configuration, and service of Neuro solutions at customer sites across the USA. You will work with a project team to execute installations, provide basic training, and ensure deployments meet company and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of relevant installation, training, and troubleshooting experience; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, configuration, and service of Natus Neurology systems at customer sites.
• Perform basic training during installations and on scheduled sessions.
• Maintain CRM documentation and adhere to Quality System procedures.
• Escalate product issues and provide feedback to engineering as needed.
• Build relationships with customers through professional communication and support.
