Job summary

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in R&D and/or production in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with compound semiconductor & MOCVD operations is a plus.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of technical and administrative support activities at customer location.
- Troubleshooting and warranty/service repairs of AIXTRON reactors.
- Training of less experienced employees and customer representatives.
